Can a business engage you directly?
Yes. Businesses in Europe (including the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany and Norway), South Africa, the Middle East, Japan, Singapore and Malaysia can engage us directly for these five services, and so can accounting firms that want the work done behind them. In the United States we work with CPA and accounting firms.
Which European countries do you work with?
Every European country, whether or not it is in the European Union, including the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany and Norway.
Which language do you work in?
English. Messages, working papers, reconciliations and reports are all in English.
Which currency is the rate in?
US dollars. Services start from US$9 per hour. The rate for your work, what it covers and how it is billed are set out in the engagement agreement before anything starts.
How is our data protected?
Work happens in your own systems or a secured workspace, with multi factor authentication, access for named people only, and no personal devices, downloads or email attachments. The data protection terms your law requires for personal data handled outside your country are agreed in writing before any work starts.
Do you prepare tax returns outside the United States?
No. The tax preparation services on this site are for United States returns. Outside the United States we keep the books, run payables, receivables and payroll, and prepare financial statements, and your own adviser handles your tax returns.
