What the enquiry form collects

When you send an enquiry we receive what you type into the form: your company name, your country, your name, your work email, an optional phone number, your company size, when you need help, the services you are interested in, your software and your message. We use it only to reply to you and to discuss working together.

Where it is kept

Enquiries are stored on our own server, outside the public website, and can only be read by our team after signing in. They are never sold or shared for marketing. We keep an enquiry for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, and delete it sooner if you ask.

Job applications

When you apply for a role we receive your name, email, an optional phone number, your city and country, the role, your experience, optional qualifications, an optional profile link, your message and your CV. We use them only to consider you for roles. Applications are stored on our own server, outside the public website, and can only be read by our team after signing in. We keep an application for up to 12 months after its last update, and delete it sooner if you ask.

What never belongs in the form

Please never send a Social Security number, a tax return or client documents. The form refuses anything that looks like a Social Security number.

Diagnostics

To find and fix problems, each page keeps a short record of what the website did, such as pages opened, buttons pressed and errors, and sends it to our server when you leave the page. It is held in your browser's storage until then. It contains no name, email or phone number and nothing you type into the form, and numbers are removed before it is stored. Diagnostic records are deleted after 30 days.

Cookies and tracking

The public website sets no cookies and uses no advertising or analytics services. A cookie is used only when a member of our team signs in to read enquiries.

Server logs

Our web server records standard request logs, such as the address a request came from, the page asked for and the browser used, which are kept for security and to keep the site running.

Client data

Information that CPA firms share with us in the course of an engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement and our written information security plan, not by this website notice.
